5 things are required to operate a Buggie:
– The Driver must be 21 years or older
– Posses A Valid drivers license.
– Provide Proof of Insurance
– $200 SECURITY Deposit on the vehicle
You can drive a Buggie in California with any foreign driver’s license. If you have a foreign driver’s license that permits you to drive an automobile, then it also permits you to do so in the United State. Buggies can occupy up to 2 people. The minimum age requirement of passengers is 4 years of age. All drivers must be at least 21 years old.
Helmets will be provided free of charge. They are required by law. The Buggies must stay on the road at all times. No Sidewalks, Or bike paths.
Bring layers. Santa Barbara has micro climates, and temperatures can vary. The Buggies’ have about an 80 mile range, we provide you with all the gas for your rental. Just bring it back and we will fill it up.
Late Policy
Come fifteen minutes before scheduled time. If you’re fifteen minutes late, you could lose time slot for a different one.
