Kyle, Mike and the SB buggie team are A1 when it comes to customer care. They truly do care. They answered every question my wife had and even gave my daughter a Butterfly Helmet. Our buggie had an issue and instantly Mike came and swapped it out for a brand new one and re started out time. IT GETS BETTER

My wife lost her wallet that day 8/13 and we looked everywhere, we called SB Buggie 8/14 asking if they found a wallet or if one was turned in and Mike checked their lost and found and sure enough they found my wife's wallet. Mike is overnighting the wallet to us and once again came to the rescue. Hopefully you don't lose your wallet or anything on a trip but you can assure the guys at SB will help you no matter what it is. We will always come back and have already told all of our friends and family about this awesome place. Easily the best Hour you will have in SB Thanks Buggie Guys!!

We had a minor... read more mechanical issue halfway through our ride (it happens, no big deal), and someone came out to our exact location in less than 15 minutes with a replacement buggy, with Bluetooth speakers too! Would definitely recommend SB Buggie to anyone looking for a cool and fun way to zip around town!

The price was unexpectedly reasonable. $75 for an hour for a buggie, $95 for 2 hours! Worth it to do 2 hours your first time, the next few times we opted for the hour ride. It comes with a Bluetooth speaker so you can bump your own jams and a route you can look up on your phone to drive along.

It's such an amazing way to explore SB and so fun to drive! Especially when everyone walking on the streets wave at you or other cars/buggies honking at you. So much fun!

The staff are also very nice and accommodating. Nothing negative to say about this business 🙂

We decided to... read more go back the same way, and turn around. Stopped at Shoreline Park and let the kids run around for a bit, took some pictures. We booked the 1 hour tour, but a longer timeframe would be ideal to see more, and stop along the way. This was so much fun, we will be back and do it again!

Bring sunglasses and a sweater, as it does get a little colder when driving thru tree lined neighborhoods.
